This is why our Toronto orthodontists work hard to ensure each patient receives the individualized care they deserve in a friendly, welcoming environment. Our office is open to serving you and we are available to answer any questions or concerns you may have prior to your first appointment. If you need assistance at any time, feel free to contact us during the following business hours.

Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday: 8am – 5:30pm.

Thursday: 8am – 4:30pm.

Friday (Reception Only): 8am – 12pm.

Appointments

We do our best to reserve your appointment time specifically for you, while also being accommodating to changes in your schedule. If for any reason you must cancel or change your appointment, we do ask that you give us at least two business days notice. You may be subject to an additional fee for any cancelled or missed appointments without sufficient notice

Insurance at City Orthodontics

Our office will do our best to ensure you maximize your insurance benefits. Please speak with your employer or insurance company if you wish to learn more about your benefits prior to your orthodontic consultation. Our staff is happy to assist you in making sure you get the most out of your insurance at City Orthodontics.

Payment Options

We accept a variety of payment options at City Orthodontics to help take the financial burden of orthodontic treatment off your shoulders. We accept cash, cheques, Visa or MasterCard. We will work with you to ensure your payment plan works best with your budget.
